A few people have written, or posted to one social network or another wondering where I’ve been. Truth is, I’m in the middle of a temporary pain meds change (I won’t bore you with details) and haven’t been up to much online activity. It won’t last forever (mid December should see an improvement), but I have been forced to slow down a bit, and though it’s hard for me (type A personality, never big on patience, even with myself!) I’ve decided since there’s really nothing to be done about it, I’m not going to feel guilty. Winter is coming to Ohio as well, and with arthritis in my spine and the cold weather, it’s naturally a slow down time for me anyway. SO…to sum up, I’m feelin poorly, but it’s not serious (I’m not dying or anything) and it’ll be over before you know it. I do appreciate everyone’s concern, and prayers though :)

I did have a few days last week that I dedicated to some custom work. A few good folks from Woofboard responded to a request and sent me some great photos! I’m working on them as I can, and in the order I receive them, and finally finished up Julie Herritt’s photos of Vader. I’m printing her signed prints as I type this, and will get them out in the mail as soon as they’re dry enough to sign and mail. Thought I’d share the results with you all

Julie has the patience of a saint (thanks again Julie!), and it was a real pleasure working with her, AND Vader’s photos! I’ll have the resulting art uploaded and available for sale in my store just as soon as I’m up to it (sometime within the next couple of days). If you’d like to know how you can get free custom art from your dog’s photo (all breeds accepted), click here.

Last, but certainly not least, I ran across this adorable video this morning. Enjoy :)

  1. Obviously I wasn’t the only one worried :( You will stay in my prayers and thoughts for a successful and quick meds adjustment that works. I am so sorry you are going through this yet again, and I can only hope this time you can get some real relief that lasts.
    Hugs and prayers,
    Me
